KuberEva LLC ("KuberEva," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through kubereva.ai (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.

This policy applies only to kubereva.ai. It does not apply to third-party sites we link to, including our scheduling provider, our form processor, or our social media pages, each of which is governed by its own privacy policy.
3. Information We Collect
Information you provide. If you submit the form on our contact page, we collect the name, work email, company, topic, and message you enter. We collect nothing from this form unless you complete and submit it.
Information collected automatically. The Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it reports aggregate visit and page counts without a persistent identifier and without the ability to follow a visitor across sites. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare Pages, keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested path, and timestamp), as any web host does. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts' servers rather than bundled with the Site, which means a font request discloses your IP address to Google in the same way any request to an external server would; this integration does not set a cookie.
The Site does not set any cookies of its own.
4. How We Use Information
We use information you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your inquiry and to maintain ordinary business records of that correspondence. We use automatically collected information solely to operate, secure, and understand aggregate use of the Site. We do not use any information collected through the Site for advertising, and we do not build advertising or marketing profiles from it.
5. How We Share Information
Contact-form submissions are transmitted through Formspree, Inc., a third-party service that processes the submission and delivers it to a shared KuberEva inbox. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site does not use cookies, web beacons, pixels, or any cross-site or interest-based advertising technology. There is nothing to accept or decline, which is why the Site carries no cookie banner.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site links to Cal.com for scheduling and to our LinkedIn page. Visiting either is governed by that provider's own privacy policy, not this one, and no information is shared with them until you click through.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is directed to business professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us using the details below and we will delete it.
9. Your Rights and Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information you have submitted to us by emailing the address below. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no sale or sharing of that kind to opt out of under the California Consumer Privacy Act or similar state laws. If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our basis for processing contact-form information is your consent in submitting it and our legitimate interest in responding to it.
10. Data Retention
We retain contact-form correspondence only as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, and will delete it sooner on request.
11. Security
We rely on the security measures of our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our form processor (Formspree) to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
